Event Description:
We're shutting down the streets and cranking up the water for an all-out splash fest! Join us downtown Blaine on Third and Martin Streets from noon to 2 p.m. on July 17th and Aug 14th to beat the heat (weather dependent). This event is free and open to all, but geared toward kids.
