Meat at BP Heron Center at Birch Bay State Park for a Beach Walk hosted by Friends of Birch Bay State Park and Blaine Birch Bay Park and Recreation.
Parking at Birch Bay State Park does require a WA State Parks annual parking pass you can purchase at the park or a day pass fee.
