Event Description:

 Whatcom County Library System Executive Director Christine Perkins will host four online community meetings to share information and to answer your questions about the proposed Birch Bay Vogt Community Library. 

People who live within the boundaries of the proposed Library Capital Facility Area (LCFA) will vote Nov. 2 to determine if they will fund construction of the 7,600-square-foot library through property taxes. 
Location:
All sessions are online via the Zoom video platform. Pre-registration is required. Visit wcls.org/happenings and choose one of the four dates (or click one of the dates listed). You will be emailed a link to you prior to the meeting. The first session will be recorded and shared on the library system’s website, wcls.org/birchbay.
