Event Description:
Discover the secrets to vibrant, lower-maintenance, and environmentally friendly landscaping with WSU Whatcom County Extension's Gardening Green courses. The 5-session course begins February 28. Birch Bay Village Clubhouse (yes, non-residents are welcome!) Registration is required. Saturdays: 2/28, 3/14, 3/21, 4/11, 4/18 from 2pm - 4pm You’ll learn how to: • Cultivate healthy soils, and conserve water • Reduce maintenance • Create naturally beautiful gardens that are bird and pollinator friendly • Help to keep our lakes, rivers, beaches, and bays clean • And you’ll create the foundation of a customized landscaping plan!
