Event Description:
We are excited to bring Kite Festival back to start the 2020 summer event season! We are pleased to partner with the Friends of Birch Bay Library and Whatcom County Library Systems to host this event at the site of the Future Birch Bay Vogt Community Library!

Fees/Admission:
This is a free event. Bring your own Kite, if you don't already have one the Birch Bay Chamber of Commerce will be happy to give you one while supplies last. The Friends of Birch Bay Library Group will be selling hot dog lunches as a fundraiser for the Library Project.
