Event Description:
Spend the weekend flying kites along the shores of Birch Bay State Park! Kites will be handed out to children and their families courtesy of our amazing sponsors. There will also be special kite giveaways and prizes. Shop the vendor/craft market, enjoy food trucks, and take in all Birch Bay has to offer.

Saturday (11 AM-1 PM) Michael Dayvid a solo singer, song-writer, instrumentalist, composer and entertainer. A very interactive show the entire family will enjoy!

Saturday (2 PM-4 PM) Paint with Doug – local artist Doug Parent is back with another painting lesson for children. This was very popular in 2022. Preregistration is required. Registration coming soon.
Sunday (10 AM-1 PM) The Springmans – Take one adventurous, fun-loving, creative dad. Combine with his four uniquely talented, courageous, and friendly kids, and you have, The Springmans! Originating from Vancouver, Canada, this family music group has been playing together nearly since they learned to walk. And their dad, Perry Springman, quickly learned that the audience was somehow inexplicably drawn to children playing and singing their songs with their whole hearts, and on real instruments.

Blaine Birch Bay Park and Recreation District 2 has games and activities for kids and their families planned for both days.
And a Poker Run will take place along Birch Bay Drive on Sunday to round out the festival.
