The Birch Bay Chamber sells LED Flares in an effort to help make this event a little bit more environmentally friendly.
Biodegradable flares can be purchased independently from local merchants.
Biodegradable flares are available (one per family, while supplies last) from the Birch Bay Chamber of Commerce leading up to the event.
