20th Anniversary Wings over water Northwest Birding Festival. Come join us observe a spectacular variety of birds along the Northwest coast of the Pacific Flyway! There will be guided birding field trips, expert wildlife speakers, live raptor presentations, kids' activities, arts & crafts, wildlife exhibits, and wildlife boating cruises. All day Birding Expo on the 18th staring at 10am till 5pm at the Blaine Pavilion- 635 8th St, Blaine, WA 98230.
