Job Description

Starting Wage Range: $24-$27 hourly 

Employment Status: .5 FTE to 1 FTE, non-exempt, hourly benefited

Location: In-person & hybrid w/ ability to travel throughout Whatcom County

Position Summary: The Training and Facilitation Program Manager is responsible for WDRC’s delivery and development of exemplary training and facilitation services throughout Whatcom County. The Manager will deliver - and provide leadership and support to staff, volunteers, and contractors to deliver - meaningful, high quality conflict prevention and intervention services, including training, facilitation, and coaching. The position includes a combination of direct service responsibilities alongside program and curriculum development, community outreach, case management and administrative duties.
